If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly. Refund method is agreed with you over WhatsApp.
